Hi Bonnie, I'm preparing an Ethics Complaint to the Orange County Board. I forwarded them a recent email I sent the Mayor concerning, Joel Stern and Issac Eksteins behavior to the employees at Rapid Care, the theft of medical specimen(s), and the Fraud of John Liberman of 125K. This business escapade they were tied in birthed Blooming Grove Realty. The board asked me to fill out a complaint in order for them to review. I'll be working on it over the weekend for a Monday submission. You were great on the call last evening. See ya at the next meeting. Chris
